60th Anniversary
In 2008, Bicester Young
Farmers Club is celebrating turning 60 years old. The club is celebrating in
true Young Farmers style with an anniversary ball raising funds for Marie Curie
Cancer Care on Saturday 21st June at Tudor Farm, Edgcott, Aylesbury,
Bucks, HP18 0UA with a family picnic on the Sunday.
The club have attempted to
contact all ex members but are aware that some may have been missed so are
appealing for any ex members to contact Clare Cook on 07736 272799 or
bicesteryfc@hotmail.com for more information. Club members new and old are
gathering together stories and pictures to be put in a commemorative book to be
produced for the 21st June and we are interested in any content for
this.
The celebrations will also
continue later in the year with a Bicester YFC Vintage Ploughing Match on Sunday
14th September at Tudor Farm.
